Big Breeze Bike Ride Kingsbury Waterside View Extended

Pedal the pounds away and jump back into the saddle, come along and see what Kingsbury Water Park has to offer.  We will cycle along the well maintained paths around the park, enjoying the wildlife and the 15 lakes but we will also be riding along the roads (speed will pick up to 9-10mph) surrounding Kingsbury at the start of the ride provided there has not been any local flooding.  The ride is suited to ladies who want to progress from beginners and build up stamina but all are welcome. There is a small section that we will need to dismount and walk through which gives everyone opportunity to stretch the legs.  Bring some pocket money and enjoy a nice coffee, cake and chat at the end of the ride. Ensure your bike is good working order and bring helmet, a spare inner tube and pump, just in case.  Mountain/trail bike only.
