Big Breeze Bike Ride - Birkenhead Park

Meeting by the visitors centre in the park, Helen will be there to welcome cyclists and prepare them for their ride.  The ride will go around the lower park and there will be a little park traffic on route.   At some point within the ride you will stop off for a drink, so please bring some money with you. Dusting off that bike - We want your bike to be road worthy so why not pop along to your local bike shop and ask them to check it over for you.  If you haven’t got a bike - We are in talks with a local bike shop about a bike hire scheme – watch this space more information coming soon! We are a friendly bunch of ladies who would love to take you on a fund and social bike ride.  We welcome newcomers to Breeze rides and all abilities are welcome too! It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather: in cold weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a pair of warm gloves and warm socks may also be useful.  Don't forget your waterproofs with our British weather!!!  Helmets must be worn by all participants.
