Starting from - The Old Bathing Hut Café, St Leonards. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments at the end Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN38 0FD

First half of the ride is flat (except for the couple of bumps between St Leonards & Bexhill. We then have some undulating country lanes for a few miles then it flattens out again on the way back. It's a lovely scenic route and we'll stop for some refreshments towards the end of the ride in Bexhill
