This ride will officially start opposite the entrance to B&Q on Scotswood Road at 10-15 but as many will know I will be actually starting from Pedalling Squares Cafe in Swalwell and will hang out there from 9-30am. This is the out leg only - return will probably be via Stamfordham. It links 2 of the North Easts most iconic Cycling cafes Pedalling Squares and Capheaton Tea Rooms. It contains quite a long (but steady climb on the outward leg but you are rewarded with some of the nicest/quietest roads in Northumberland and an easier return leg
