'Couch to 25 miles' is aimed at NEW riders, ladies returning to cycling or ladies who have just joined us. If places available the day before a ride regulars please join us. Why not join us and progress together each week over the next 9 weeks. The rides will start with gentle, easygoing rides of no more than 10 miles - they're on a flat/hilly route, depending on who signs up for the ride and are on quiet roads and cycle paths.
You'll receive a warm welcome from qualified Breeze leaders, who will make you feel at ease and answer any questions you may have. Come and join us and make new friends over a coffee and a chat as all our rides include a coffee stop at one of our local cafes.
We ride at the pace of the slowest rider.
Please come prepared with a helmet, suitable clothing, a spare tube, tools, water, a bike lock, lights and some money for the coffee stop.
