There will be multiple groups going out at different paces - Easygoing - under 10mph, Steady - 1O+ mph and Challenging - 12+ mph. Please sign on the right one for you.
Please arrive by 9.45 for photos.
The Big Pink Ride - to support breast cancer awareness. Dress you and your bike pink. The route is to The Fiddle Drill, Goodmanham - where we will stop for coffee and cake - a route with quite a few hills.
We ride as a group, slowest rider’s pace, no one is left behind.
A helmet is advisable. Please ensure your bike is in full working order and your tyres are inflated to the correct level, as this will make for easier riding. A water bottle or two is a must to keep hydrated and a snack.
Please make sure you have front and back working lights, a bell, a spare tube or 2, tyre levers and a pump in case of a puncture. Wider tyres and mudguards please for winter riding.
Dress appropriately for the weather.
All routes are on quiet roads and cycle paths.
Please have a means of getting home if you have a mechanical we cannot fix - someone at home, a taxi or ETA.
