Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

There will be multiple groups going out at different paces -easygoing, lower steady - 10+ mph and upper steady - towards 12mph.
Reserve date - 22nd October.
Please arrive by 9.45 for this ride. The Big Pink Ride to support breast cancer awareness. Dress you and your bike pink - there is a prize for the best dressed for each group. This ride is an upper steady pace - towards 12mph going to The Fiddle Drill Goodmanham - a route with quite a few hills.
There will be 3 competitions. Winner will receive a prize.
We follow government/British Cycling guidelines re Covid. Please carry a face mask, hand sanitiser and basic first aid.
We ride as a group - slowest rider’s pace, no one is left behind.
A helmet is advisable. Please ensure your bike is in full working order and your tyres are inflated to the correct level, as this will make for easier riding. A water bottle or two is a must to keep hydrated and a snack.
Please make sure you have front and back working lights, a bell, a spare tube, tyre levers and a pump in case of a puncture and cash payment for cafe stop. I will pay for refreshments altogether. You pay me. Thank you.
Dress appropriately for the weather.
All routes are on quiet roads and cycle paths.
