Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These series of 8 rides are for those who are steady riders only and would like to improve their cycling ability, as each week the rides will increase in miles, hills and pace, starting at 20 miles flat, steady pace 10+ mph, ending with 30 miles, with hills 11+ mph on week 8. A coffee stop will be scheduled during the ride.
Today’s route will head to South Dalton. a route with hills. Coffee stop at Cafe Velo, Beverley at the end.
We follow government/British Cycling guidelines re Covid keeping social distance. Please carry a face mask, hand sanitiser and basic first aid.
We ride as a group, slowest rider’s pace, no one is left behind.
A helmet is advisable. Please ensure your bike is in full working order and your tyres are inflated to the correct level, as this will make for easier riding. Please have a spare tube, tyre levers, a pump, a water bottle to keep hydrated, front and back working lights and a bell.
The routes are mainly on quiet roads and cycle paths.
