BEVERLEY BREEZERS: DAVID'S MINSTER BIMBLE

The first of what we hope will be many rides to come, starting out from the Beverley Leisure Complex. This is a short, four mile ride in Beverley and ideally suited to beginners, children accompanied by parent/guardian, those of you who have not been out on a bike for a while and would like to get going again and also for anyone wishing to meet up with fellow riders for a social cycle. We will have a quick warm up before at the Leisure Complex before we leave and head for the town, with the majestic Beverley Minster in our sights. There are some lovely lanes to explore as we make our way around to the cycle route along the by-pass before we return to the start venue. We always advise you wear a helmet and check the weather forecast to wear suitable clothing for the ride. Please check you have enough tools, including spare inner tube, puncture repair kit, levers, multi-tools should you have a puncture or mechanical failure during the ride. Please also make sure you bring a water bottle with you. AS THIS IS OUR FIRST RIDE, WE HOPE TO HAVE REFRESHMENTS AT THE LEISURE CENTRE WHEN WE RETURN.AND WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL FOR THEIR SUPPORT FOR THIS FIRST SERIES OF RIDES. Should the ride have to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to inform all registered participants beforehand and there will always be a Breeze Champion at the start venue.
