About the route
From Beighton we head out to Aston, Ully, Laughton, Firbeck Stirrup, Rabskill, Mattersay and Gringley on to Misterton where we will have a nice cafe stop before we retrace our route back to Beighton
We aim to average 13-15 mph so you need a reasonable amount of fitness but no one will be left behind
