Beics Brenin Ride Series - Beginners Only Blue Ride + 30 Mins coaching session

This is a mountain bike ride, run by L2 mountain bike leaders who are also Breeze Champions. This ride is part of the Beics Brenin Ride Series. This ride is aimed at total beginners and will commence with a 30 min basic skills session. We will aim to complete loops 1 -3 of the Minatour during the ride.

This forest trail takes in some of the most picturesque parts of the river Mawddach. It’s a relatively low level route on forest roads. There are a couple of short steepish climbs but we can get off and push if necessary. The trail surface may be loose, uneven or muddy at times, this ride is only suited to mountain bikes or hybrids fitted with mountain bike tyres.

Please bring suitable warm clothing and waterproofs as the weather can be changeable in the forest. The ride will take approx. 90 mins and we should be back in time to enjoy a coffee and slice of cake!

Helmets are compulsory for this ride, together with suitable cycling gloves and ideally glasses. Please bring a spare tube and any necessary tools you may need - ie pump, plus a drink.
