Starting from - We will meet in the large courtyard by Beics Brenin and the running shop. I will be wearing a red jacket.
I look forward to seeing you there -I have to travel at least an hour and quarter to get to CYB, so would appreciate if you can let me know the day before if you can no longer make it. If you are running a bit late, please dont panic, just message me. We will meet at 9am, but we won't be off on bikes till at least 9.15am after bike checks etc. LL40 2HZ

Celebrating women for International Womens Day - this ride is a fantastic start to get into mountain biking - A little bit of coaching in a couple of places along the blue route - to help with confidence in Berms (corners) and little features. If you are nervous about whether this is for you or not please email me at [email protected] I will be happy to chat it through.

Helmets (within date) are a must please, gloves and glasses are advisable but at your discretion. Please bring water, and a snack with you, and any medication you may need. Your bike should be in a good working order and will be checked before the ride - I will show you how to check your own bike which is advisable before any ride. Bring tools and inner tubes if you have them, but I will be carrying kit also. You do not need state of the art kit - if you do not have cycling clothes then things like leggings or tracksuit bottoms are ideal. Along with some warm layers and a waterproof jacket. Please try and bring a little bag with you to be able to put anything you take off, and your water etc in - it is not advisable to have anything tied around your waist. If you do not have mtb shoes, then trainers are absolutely fine - not open toed shoes or flip-flops though please.
We especially welcome newbies!
