Beginners to Improvers Short, Traffic-Free Route with Cafe Stop

The route follows the river and canal paths from the Nene Whitewater Centre on Bedford Road, to Upton Country Park and back again. This is an easy route and short distance, with an opportunity to extend if anyone wants to. Will be out for approx 2.5 hours (with stop)

Stopping at the Waterside Cafe for refreshments

Helmets advisable, comfortable clothing for the weather conditions. Bring some money/card for refreshment stop
