Beginner's Ride to Totternhoe, Eaton Bray and Edlesborough

Starting from outside Pedalworks bike shop, 7 West St, Dunstable we take a gentle ride out towards Totternhoe and Eaton Bray. Keeping to quiet roads we end up at Heirloom Tea Rooms in Edlesborough where we can take refreshments before cycling home again, up the hill to Dunstable. This ride is for ladies who can ride a bike but want to gain confidence on the road, or who haven't ridden for a while and want to do so again. The pace is steady and no one is left behind. Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and bring along a spare inner tube and puncture repair kit. Bring some cash for the cafe and a bike lock too. You will need to make sure your bike is in good working order, with tyres pumped up and gears working properly. Pedalworks bike shop will be able to advise you but please arrive earlier than the published start time if you wish to seek their guidance.
