This short scenic route is on local quiet roads until we reach Pype Hayes Park. We then cycle on shared pathways towards Eachelhurst Rd and along the Plants Brook stream until we turn back into Pype Hayes Park. You might even get a chance to spot one of the Little Egrets along this route.

This ride is suitable and ideal for beginners and those who want to increase their confidence cycling in a group on the quiet roads and shared cycle paths. It will also give you an opportunity to learn about the local routes in the Pype Hayes area.

We always go at the slowest person's pace in order to keep the group together and do not leave anyone behind.

If you have your own bike if you can ensure that it is in good working order and also wear a cycling helmet. If you bring a drink to hydrate. We will have a short stop but you should not need a bike lock unless you want to stop for a drink after the ride.

We have a small selection of adult hybrid bikes and helmets available on request, subject to availability. It is essential that you book 24 hours prior to the ride by emailing [email protected].
