Beginners Ride on quiet local roads around Harrow Civic Centre

This is an easy quiet ride for people new to road cycling, who would like to gain confidence and practise their skills. It is designed to follow our refresher course at 1pm, but if spaces are available you can just join the ride. Details of the refresher course are within this link:

Please message the ride leader if you are hiring a bike.

If bringing your own bike please ensure that the wheels and pedals turn freely, the brakes work and the tyres are pumped up. We cannot fix your bike for you, so please ensure it is in full working order.

We prefer you to wear a helmet, no other special gear is needed but please ensure that trousers are non-baggy and will not get caught in the bike. In cold weather please wear gloves suitable for cycling.
