This is an easy quiet ride for people new to road cycling, who would like to gain confidence and practise their skills. It is designed to follow a course we are running.
We prefer you to wear a helmet, no other special gear is needed but please ensure that trousers are non-baggy and will not get caught in the bike. In cold weather please wear gloves suitable for cycling.
