Beginners ride around the local roads of Harrow

This is an easy quiet ride for people new to road cycling, who would like to gain confidence and practise their skills. It is designed to follow a course we are running but spaces will be available for others to join.

If you would like to hire a bike from Harrow Cycle Hub for £5, please message the ride leader.

If bringing your own bike please ensure that the wheels and pedals turn freely, the brakes work and the tyres are pumped up. We cannot fix your bike for you, so please ensure it is in full working order.

We prefer you to wear a helmet, no other special gear is needed but please ensure that trousers are non-baggy and will not get caught in the bike. In cold weather please wear gloves suitable for cycling.
