Lancaster

A gentle almost totally flat route from the heart of the city of Lancaster, along the river Lune estuary to the historic Glasson Dock. Passing along the disused railway line trackbed you will travel through green wooded areas to emerge at Conder Green where the salt marshes hold a variety of bird life as well as long forgotten boat hulls.
