Beginners off-road ride

This ride is ideal for anyone getting back into cycling or wanting to try out riding off road.

We will meet at Juniper car park at the very top of the park (come through the parking barriers and follow the road to the right of the visitor centre and wind your way up to the car park at the end of the road). This means there won't be any hills to negotiate on the ride. We'll start off on the wide shared use path and practice some essential off road bike handling skills. Then depending on the group maybe try an easy section of track through the trees.

Please bring water, a snack and clothing for the weather predicted that day, please also pack a repair kit if you have one.
