Beginners Cruise along the Canal - Apsley to Winkwell

From the School Playground we will cruise down the hill across Belswains Lane onto the canal tow path and take a gentle cycle all the way to Winkwell in Bourne End where we will then return to Woodys cafe in the Apsley Marina for coffee and cake if we've burnt off enough calories on the ride ! The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, mainly flat with some slight inclines at the locks and bridges crossing the canal, but we will always wait for the whole group at the top of each incline.
