About the route
Starting point
Moat Community College, Maidstone Road, LE2 0TU. Meeting in the rear car park in Hutchinson Street.
Ride to celebrate the end of a 6 week cycling course for women from the BME communities of Leicester.
A majority of the ride will take place on quiet roads for the time of day. Stopping in Spinney Hill park for cake and refreshments with an opportunity for women to ride around the park if they wish to do so.
The route back will take us on a quiet road and traffic-free route.
Ride leader to carry puncture repair kit and inner tubes.
All participants advised to wear a helmet.
