Beginners Breeze Ride Workington

For women who are just getting into cycling, or returning to cycling after a break. As long as you can ride a bike, this is suitable for you. This is an excellent introduction to Breeze Bike Rides for women. We ride as a social group, it is not competitive and the main focus is on having a good time. We will encourage you and can offer advice as well, and we absolutely never leave anyone behind. The slowest rider sets the pace. This is a traffic free ride entirely on the cycle path, it is a nice flat route and we will just ride out and back. The ride distance is a maximum of 5 miles, we may do less, this is something which will be flexible and dependent on the wishes of those riding on the day. Any questions - please message me on this site. You will need to wear a helmet for this ride, and it is recommended that you bring a spare inner tube for your bike (just in case). Other than that you need only bring yourself and your bike. Please note, we will do a quick check before starting, to ensure your bike is in a ride-worthy condition. Come along and give it a try.
