Elm field gate car park near the British legion. Free parking but beware of height barrier into car park.
Beginners ride of no more than 5 miles on a combination of quiet roads and cycle pathway. With a stop for coffee. So bring some pennies.
This is an introduction to cycling aimed at building confidence and suitable for those wanting to get back into cycling.
All you need is a bike in good order and a cycling helmet. Please ensure that you have a puncture repair kit and have pumped up your tyres!
