Meeting in Spinney Hill Park - near the basketball area situated near St Saviours Road entrance.

Gentle leisurely ride around Spinney Hill Park for women who have just learnt to ride, or want to build their confidence. Children are welcome but must wear a helmet and be accompanied by an adult.

The ride will last for approx 45 minutes and we'll all go at the pace comfortable for all riders.

At the end of the ride, we'll enjoy refreshments at the park cafe.

We're a friendly bunch and eager to support any woman who wants to ride, so come along and join in the fun!
