***BEGINNERS RIDE***

Please arrive 10:15am for bike checks and introductions for 10:30 start.

Anyone new to riding, wanting to build up confidence, want to meet new ladies, this is for you.

Lovely ride along the Wales Coast path with a lovely, well earned cuppa and cake in the middle of our ride.

We can stop as many times as needed for drink or to take photos.

You will be riding with like minded ladies who enjoy being out in the fresh air, but don't have the confidence cycling alone. We will all look after each other.

We will ride at a pace to suit everyone and noone will ever be left behind.

Starting from Dock Road we'll ride along the designated shared cycling paths, heading towards Hawarden railway bridge, we can walk or ride over this. Turn first right to join Wales Coast Path. We will approach the Blue bridge and cross at the crossing. Continuing on the Wales Coast path turning left after we've cycled under the flyover, continue on the cycle path on Sealand Road. Once we get near to Andy's plants we will dismount from our bikes as the road is uneven.
