LL20 8TA

Following the joy and excitement of the Drosi Bike Bus, this ride is being put on so families can continue to ride together into the Easter Holidays! :)

This is an entirely traffic-free, gentle ride along the Llangollen Canal towpath up to the Horseshoe Falls to enjoy the views; then returning to Llangollen Wharf, with the option of then departing, or staying on at The Wharf Tea Rooms for a drink and a chat, if you would like to. :)

- Please wear a cycle helmet

- Please check tyres are pumped and brakes work

- Ideally bring a spare inner tube, in case of a puncture - though don't let this stop you coming if you haven't got a spare - as it would only be a short, do-able walk back! :)

- Please wear appropriate clothing for the conditions on the day. Waterproofs can be useful, as they are windproof. Gloves and snoods can also be good for keeping warm.

A gentle ride along the Llangollen towpath up to the Horseshoe Falls, with a stop for coffee and cake, at the Ivy Wood Cafe, before cycling back to Llangollen Wharf.

The route is along the Llangollen Canal towpath.

The Ivy Wood Cafe is next to the Llangollen Canal. All their cakes and treats are freshly homemade, they have a lovely range of hot drinks and they always give a warm and friendly welcome.

We especially welcome newbies!
