Can you pedal, balance and brake, but are a bit nervous about going out on the road? Or perhaps you’ve had a break and are a bit rusty. This ride is for you. Led by trained ride leaders, the ride will be at the pace of the slowest and we will help you if you need it. We shall explore the area around Kenton Recreation Ground and you may discover new places. Children over 8 are welcome on the ride though a supervising adult must ride with them.

The route is via traffic-free cycle tracks and quiet streets, although there are a few moments in traffic.

We will pause briefly along the way.

Bring a water bottle, and snacks if you might need some energy.

First-timers welcome!
