Beckermet to Seascale

A lovely little ride from Beckermet to Seascale and return by the same route. Something to do with your children over the school holidays. We start from the free parking car park where the children's play park/swings are (behind the bus shelter), opposite the White Mare pub in the village of Beckermet. This is a nice route, approx ten miles. The ride will be suitable for all abilities, We ride on quiet roads, cycle paths and a little bit of sand by the sea. Off road tyre are best for this ride but can be done with road tyres. There's a nice coffee shop if you would like a rewarding drink & cake when we reach Seascale. Toilets are also situated in the Seascale car park. Remember to wear clothes that are comfortable to cycle in. It is a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket, a spare inner tube and a bottle of water. We also recommend that you wear a cycle helmet. Breeze rides are all about having fun with like minded women who all like to cycle, eat cake & make new friends. We always go at the pace of the slowest rider and never leave anyone behind.
