From the car park we head towards stoke green and Stoke Poges, crossing the A412 by the bridge at George Green. Then Hedgerley, up Village Lane and along Hedgerley Lane to our destination,
We will return by crossing the A355 at the lights, down Burnham Road, then right onto Green Common Lane to Wooburn Common, back through Burnham to join the Jubilee river back to the start.
The route is mainly on minor country lanes, but off road along the Jubilee river.
The exact route may change according to circumstances.
The route is not flat (about 700 ft ascent) but we do our best to choose the less steep hills, and always regroup at the top.
The destination is a cheeky visit to Beaconsfield services, which has a wide variety of food outlets, including a Wetherspoons which does breakfasts until 12 noon.
The route is steady in distance, but we will go at the pace of the slowest rider (which will probably be me).
Please bring the usual appropriate clothing, spare tubes, pump, water and money if you want to buy refreshments (no obligation) etc.
