Ride to Salcey Forest Cafe which is approx 37 miles with break at around 16 miles which is also pretty much the highest point. This is a steady climb most of the way to Salcey with flowing quick section from Salcey to Olney.
We will go out via Newport Pagnell (short section grid roads to NP ) then Haversham, Castlethorpe, Hanslope to Hartwell. After coffee return via Stoke Goldington, Olney, North Crawley and Salford.
