Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

This ride is a mixture of on/off road route, using quiet roads, off road trails and Thames Path.
Spare Tubes, cycle pumps and
pucture repair kits are strongly advisable for this ride.
Cycle helmets are required (there will be no exceptions)for this ride and all other BBCG rides, as participants saftey is paramount on this groups rides.Route might be subject to change dependant on weather conditions, on the days leading up to the start of the ride or on the morning of the ride.
Most suitable bikes for this ride are hybrid bikes.
Light weight racing bikes with little or no tred are not suitable for this ride, due to off road sections.
We especially welcome newbies and never leave anyone behind.
All timings are estimates and are dependant on the abilities of riders present on the day of the ride.
Route to be determined on the day, subject to weather conditions and abilities of the riders on the day.

Will be stopping for comfort Break and refreshments
Helmets are required. Spares , puncture repire kitd are advisable. Fluids.
And finaly if the heat gets too intense for the riders, I'm more than happy to shorten the ride, as it's always better to be safe than sorry.
