A quiet mix of roads and towpaths to travel from Upton Court Park to Northala Hills, the 4 hills adjacent to the A40 that were formed from the waste materials created from construction of the new Wembley Stadium. The route is fairly steady and mainly roads there and towpath back.

We will follow the GU canal from Langley to Northala Hills, we will return using quieter roads and segregated cycle paths along the Uxbridge Rd, Pield Heath Rd and Langley Park Rd.
