Kirklees

This is a brilliant easygoing route starting at the pretty little Wilton Park in Birstall. Explore a hundred year old park complete with boating lake, children's play area, bowling greens, tennis courts, crazy golf, museum and miles of woodland walking trails. The jewel being a traffic free cycleway along an old railway line. The ride is ideal for families; new and lapsed cyclists wanting to get their bike back out again and enjoy a few laps on the flat tarmac path along the disused railway line.
