RG21 4QA

Route starts in the middle of Eastrop Park and follows the cycle path out of the park east toward Old Basing, then we cross the A30 and take the road out past Mapledurwell and head towards Greywell. A nice couple of hills on the way back and re-enter Old Basing from the South so this is a good progression from the previous road ride to Mapledurwell. We'll regroup at the top of any climbs. Mountain bikes are welcome if you are confident riding on the road at this sort of pace. Make sure your bike's in safe working order - brakes work, tyres pumped up and no rattles! You should be bringing your own spare inner tubes now on these sorts of rides so we can help if any issues with a tube that fits your bike - do just ask us if you're unsure what you need, or bring your bike or a wheel into a bike shop and just ask what size you need. Any queries, please contact me via the message function, email [email protected], or via Breeze Network Basingstoke on Facebook. See you there! Ruth
