Basingstoke: Out to Wootton St Lawrence

We'll meet in the middle of Victory Roundabout, on the cycle path, accessed by bike from Alencon Link, Glebe Gardens, Essex Rd, Victory Pk, or Sinclair Drive (note postcode is 'nearest' not exact).

Heading north past the train station out via Everest Community College then on quiet lanes to Sherbourne St John and then turn towards Wootton St Lawrence. Back via Oakley and quieter roads back into town.

Undulating yes see map but no mountains :-) and we can regroup as/when we need. If you normally ride a mountain bike at this sort of pace that is fine, please come along, but it is all on road so any bikes fine so long are they are in good working order and you are happy.

If you have lights, put them on especially if you are riding home after and in case of delays. It's the law to have lights on at night as you would in a car, so try and borrow or buy even cheap ones for now if you can. If you have any questions about lights/not sure, just give us a shout per below and we can chat to you on the ride too.
