Basingstoke evening steady 23m

This is a pretty loop starting at Eastrop Park meeting under the bandstand in the middle of the park by the boating lake just off the cycle path. We head out to Mattingley and Dipley via Newnham Lane and back via the edge of Winchfield through Odiham and Greywell. It is automatically listed as Challenging simply because it is over 20 miles. It's all on road and although there are some undulations especially at end of Newnham Lane and on the way back through Odiham and Greywell, it is otherwise fairly flat and no really steep/big hills. Road bikes or hybrids ideally unless you know you can do this sort of pace on a mountain bike with thicker tyres - it is MUCH harder work!
