Starting at at the Norwegian Church we will head across the Barrage toward Penarth. Climbing Paget Road and Paget Terrace we will head down to Penarth Pier and up to Sully Road.
The route from Sully Road to Barry is flat and straight forward so you'll get chance to recover from the earlier climbs.
On the return journey we will divert through the lanes for a more picturesque journey. Ending in Penarth. From Penarth we will rejoin the Barrage for one final sprint and the finish at Coffi Co.
