Starting from - Meet at Cosmeston Lakes for 7.45am , you can park around the residential streets ie Augusta Road and Westbourne road . We will cycle the 6 miles into Barry upto Docks House where we will reece the rest off the 10k route.
Alternatively you can meet us in Barry , be at Production tent for 9am ,, CF64 5UY
