WE ARE BACK .This first ride back after lockdown is for Pink Ladies only and due to government and British Cycling guidelines and restrictions is limited to just 6 riders ,5 plus myself as Champion . Please note we will be adhering to the guidelines riding 2 metres apart at all times and no riders should sign up if they are showing any Covid symptoms. Please ensure you have with you antiseptic wipes/hand gel and avoid touching anyone else's bike. First Aid must be carried by all riders and in the event of an accident self administration should be used in the first instance. I have tried and tested the 2 metres apart rule with friends over the last two weeks and am happy that we can ride safely .
PLEASE WEAR HIGH VIS SO we can be seen.. A helmet is advisable. and please ensure your tyres are inflated to the correct level as this will make for easier riding. A water bottle is also a must to keep hydrated.

Look forward to seeing you there and welcome back BREEZE
