Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS .This will be a tough hilly 32 mile circular route in training for our next Sportive 'Ladies of the Lake'. We will head out to Nunburnhome and then tackle the tough Totterdown hill . From here we will head to Londesborough and on to Goodmanham,Middleton on the Wolds,North Dalton ,Huggate before a welcome down hill through Millington Pastures and an even more welcome lunch stop at Ramblers rest before returning via KP club and back to Barmby through Pocklington.
PLEASE WEAR HIGH VIS SO we can be seen.. A helmet is advisable. and please ensure your tyres are inflated to the correct level as this will make for easier riding. A water bottle is also a must to keep hydrated.

Please ensure your bike is in good working order and tyres are fully inflated.
