Meeting at the Gulf filling station by Jct 37 where there are toilets. We tootle off up Boothgate and cross the main road into Knedlington. Maintaining a steady course down to Barmby on the Marsh. On our return leg we will head into Howden proper and select a cafe.

Country lanes for us today

Toilets and picnic benches at the barrage if we want to snack there

Helmet to be worn , please carry hand gel, spate inner tube for your bike and cash incase we stop anywhere
