Leaving Hook we cross the Boothferry metal bridge. Dependant on weather conditions we approach Howden or cut over the fields to Knedlington. From here we ride to Barmby on the Marsh and cross the barrage onto the TPT. Toilets available here. Moving into Hemingbrough buying butties and cakes to eat at the pond or bringing own food. Cross over to the lanes at Hagg lane the loop back to main road for approx 1/2 mile. Turn in by Loftsome bridge to Wressle. Double back to Brind and Howden and ultimately Hook.

The sandwich shop in Hemingbrough is a great place.

Please wear helmets. Carry what you need for the day, jackets, spares for your bike cash/ card and drink etc
