About the route
A wake up morning ride to get ready for Sunday. A ride lasting for 1.5 hours, taking into consideration resting/stopping time. The ride will be at a steady pace and will take the group from the Gascoigne Estate towards Beckton, along part of the Greenway to Stratford and back towards Barking via the A13 cycle track.
