Monday’s Main outing This is a regular Monday ride around the Warwickshire and/or Worcestershire  countryside at a steady pace of around 9-10 mph. Each week we meet up with the Solihull Breeze group of ladies that start at a different location Please note the change to our start time. It's just for this week, to enable us to meet the Solihull group at Earlswood's Red Lion at 10am This week we plan to cycle to the Arrow Valley Country Park in Redditch. We will be cycling on roads and then as we get to Redditch the route will be mainly on cycle paths. The total distance is about 26 miles. Please do join us on this Bank Holiday Ride. We plan to cycle at a RELAXED PACE but don't worry about the speed as nobody will be left behind. Please wear loose clothing,(suitable for any possible weather), no fancy Lycra is required! The refreshment stop will be at the half-way point at the park but feel free to also bring a packed lunch as I'm not sure what food is served there. Helmets are recommended but not compulsory but please make sure you have a spare inner tube just in case. If you need any further information then lease TEXT me and I'll give you a call. Gaye 07738334271 I look forward to seeing you. - See more at: http://www.goskyride.com/Search/Details?eventid=41728#sthash.d325KNe6.dpuf
