Bank Holiday Burn off

From Eggborough to Knottingley to Ferrybridge then over to Castleford and Pontefract from there picking up the route to Wentbridge. Back through the lanes to Cridling Stubbs, Kellingley then Weeland Road into Eggborough. A steady pace but a few stiff hills involved. Overall a good distance and climbing training ride. Tools and spare inner tube essential plus a helmet preferred for your own safety. Bring a bottle and snack bar, maybe some cash if we need to stop en route.
