Bank Holiday Breeze - the NEW Cycle Path to Llanfairfechan Beach

My new favourite loop! Come and join myself and Lucy for this Bank Holiday social!

Starting at Port Penrhyn we'll cycle up Lon Las Ogwen cycle track. Going out we’ll take the old route 5, climbing high on the old Roman Road with spectacular views over the Menai Strait and over to Anglesey and Puffin Island.
Returning we’ll take the new cycle path - its fab!

It’s mainly quiet country lanes with a short busier section of road at Llandygi & into Llanfairfechan.
There are some steepish hills on the way out, but they don't go on for long. We can take them at our own pace and regroup at the top.

A short stop at Llanfairfechan Beach to admire the view, have a panad, before returning along the same route.

All bikes welcome, including E Bikes.
Please book on the ride ahead of time.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this ride
- Cloths suitable for the weather
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres
- A drink and snack, we’ll hopefully have a quick stop at the beach cafe at Llanfairfechan so bring some money if you’d like to buy anything
