Ceredigion Rheidol Offices Park outside offices or road towards Starling Clouds
We will again go towards Penrhyncoch
So over roundabout by Ystwyth Surgery and join the cycle path to Industrial Estate.
Turn left towards top job junction and then turn right for Lovesgrove.
At roundabout turn left for Capel Dewi, where in the middle of village we will turn right for Banc y Darren. Continue to top and return via Cwmerfyn road, top of Penrhyncoch.
Nice descend, left on junction and flat for busy crossroads. Left back towards Capel Dewi and town.
