Baking 20 - No cafe stop

Join me for this 20 mile ride before it gets too hot to do anything. We will stop for regular drink breaks. No official cafe stop on this ride but if anyone is in need we will stop at Emily's in Whitwell. So please allow some time for this.

We will head out towards Kimpton, Whitwell, Preston before we loop back.

The route will be a mix of quiet lanes and a few slightly busier roads. Don’t worry about the hills, we’ll always regroup at the top and take breaks whenever needed.

Ride will suit Green riders. Pace will accommodate everyone.

The important bike bits:

Please ensure your bike is in good working order and you have an emergency backup/taxi number to call on in case of issues that cannot be resolved.

Before the ride:
- check your bike the night before (Tyre pressure will go down when your bike has not been used or from use!)
- have 2 spare inner tubes, tyre levers and correct pump
- Money for coffee/emergencies. - - Helmet (compulsory on ride)
- Water and a snack, just in case
- Appropriate bright and warm clothing (Rain/Sun – hopefully the latter)
- Lights (not essential but a plus in winter)
