Back to fitness fun from the Foresters, Kirdford

This is a fairly flat 10 mile route on beautiful, quiet country lanes joining our Parish. These roads are wide and have plenty of passing points for cars to pass safely. There is a steady hill as we head out of Ifold but there will be plenty of time to pause at the top. What comes up must go down, and the decent out of Plaistow can be quite fast if you want it to be. This is a lovely loop that I ride regularly. If Kirdford Stores is still open we can call in for a hot drink and snack or we can visit the Foresters Arms. No one will be left behind, so please do come and join us! If you don't have a bike but would like to take part, some leaders have spares and if suitable may be available to borrow. If you don't ask you never know! I hope that you can join me on this steady ride, making the most of the longer evenings. Please arrive in plenty of time ideally at 5:50pm with your bike in good working order. Things to remember: -Inner tube that fits your bike (and a hand pump, tyre repair kit and pump would also be useful though I will also be carrying these you should eventually aim to be self sufficient) -Front and rear lights (as if we get held up we may lose the evening light) -I recommend wearing reflective clothing due to the light at this time of day -Drink/snack -Helmet -Gloves If you have any questions/problems or want to chat further please feel free to call or text me on 07709 989582
